The purchase of tickets implies full and unrestricted acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “CGV”). The Customer declares to have read and understood this document before completing the purchase, either on the official Roxy Dinner Show website, at the physical box office or through
authorized partners.ARTICLE 1 - SERVICES AND PRICES
1.1 — Included services
Prices may include:
- Full dinner according to the menu of the experience gained (“Dinner”);
- The show “Aquele Abraço” or “A Noite no Roxy” (“Show”);
- Drinks, when specified in the offer;
- Service fees and artistic cover when applicable.
The services purchased (“Service”) will be described at the time of purchase.
1.2 — Price variation
The values vary depending on:
- Type of experience (Show + Dinner, Show only, VIP Experience, etc.) ;
- Date, time, and availability;
- Special periods (New Year's Eve, holidays, commemorative dates).
Current prices are available:
- On the official website: www.roxydinnershow.com.br
- In informational materials and at the official box office.
1.3 — Additional Services
Any item not included in the purchased Service will be charged separately (e.g. premium bottles, extra desserts, merchandising products).
1.4 — Age classification
Roxy may request identity documents from minors to validate rules for access and consumption of alcoholic beverages.
1.5 — Price changes
Roxy reserves the right to change amounts without notice.
ARTICLE 2 - RESERVATIONS, EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
2.1 — Reservations
At the end of the purchase, the Customer declares to fully accept these CGV.
The purchase is confirmed only after:
- Receipt of the confirmation email;
- Availability of the QR Code or reservation number.
The payment is full and immediate.
2.2 — Places
The seats are defined by the Roxy Dinner Show team, according to technical and operational criteria, seeking the best experience for everyone.
2.3 — Quantity per purchase
The standard limit is up to 10 tickets per order, except for special group authorizations.
2.4 — Exchanges/Cancellations (Consumer Protection Code Rules — CDC)
- For online purchases, the Customer has up to 7 calendar days after the purchase to request cancellation, provided that the show has not taken place.
- After this deadline, tickets are non-refundable.
- Tickets used, partially or fully, cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If Roxy cancels the event:
- The Customer may choose a full refund or credit for another date.
ARTICLE 3 — FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure events are considered, among others:
- Heavy rains, floods, fires;
- Strikes, power interruption, structural failures;
- Public instability, acts of violence, government restrictions;
- Epidemics, pandemics, and mandatory health protocols.
In these cases, Roxy may reschedule, change, or cancel events without giving rise to compensation.
ARTICLE 4 — PAYMENT
4.1 — Accepted forms
- Credit and debit cards;
- PIX;
- Bank transfer (when authorized in advance);
- Cash (only at the official box office).
4.2 — Online shopping
Only one payment method is allowed per purchase.
ARTICLE 5 - SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA
5.1 — Safety
Online payments use certified platforms with SSL encryption.
5.2 — Personal data
The data collected is used exclusively for:
- Process the purchase;
- Access control;
- Communication about the event.
Roxy follows the guidelines of the LGPD - General Data Protection Act.
The customer may request:
- Correction, deletion, or update of data;
- Information about data processing;
- Revocation of consent.

ARTICLE 6 — TICKET/E-TICKET
6.1 — Validity
Each ticket has a unique QR Code, valid for a single entry.
6.2 — Customer responsibility
Lost, deleted, or damaged tickets will not be reissued.
6.3 — Printing and quality
Printed or digitally presented tickets must be legible.
6.4 — Prohibited sale
Resale without authorization is prohibited, according to Law No. 12,933/2013.
ARTICLE 7 — INTERNAL REGULATIONS AND ACCESS
7.1 — Safety Protocols
During periods of mandatory sanitary measures, Roxy may require specific protocols.
7.2 — Schedules
- Opening of the house: 1 hour before the start of the Show;
- Closing of the entrance: 10 minutes before the start of the show.
Entry will not be allowed after the start of the Show.
7.3 — Structure and changes
Roxy can modify:
- Order of the show;
- Distribution of artistic numbers;
- Cast;
without this giving rise to a right to a refund.
7.4 — Dinner Service
Dinner and drinks are served before the show.
During the Show, the service is interrupted.
7.5 — Minimum age
- Allowed for people over 6 years old accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 18 years of age are not allowed to consume alcoholic beverages.
7.6 — Clothing
Suit required:
- Fine sport/social casual.
It is prohibited to:
- Slipper, tank top, sportswear.
7.7 — Security and volumes
Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases will not be allowed in the concert hall.
7.8 — Animals
Only guide dogs are allowed.
7.9 — Photos and videos
It is strictly prohibited to photograph, film, or record the Show.
Failure to comply may result in the removal of the customer from the site.
7.10 — Cell phones
They must remain silent during the show.
7.11 — Protected materials
Roxy logos, text, images, and art are protected and cannot be reproduced.
7.12 — Personal objects
Roxy is not responsible for objects not kept in the designated places.
7.13 — Smoking is prohibited
The entire space is 100% smoke-free.
7.14 — Recordings
In the case of recorded events, the Customer's image may appear in the footage.
ARTICLE 8 — RESPECT, SECURITY, ANTI-RACISM AND ZERO TOLERANCE POLICIES FOR HARASSMENT
8.1 — Institutional commitment
The Roxy Dinner Show maintains zero tolerance for any practice of:
- Racism
- Racial insult
- Sexual Harassment
- Moral harassment
- LGBT phobia
- Misogyny
- Xenophobia
- Capacitism
- Physical or verbal assaults
- Behaviors that intimidate, embarrass, or disrespect artists, staff, or other clients
Such conduct violates Brazilian law and will result in immediate removal from the establishment, without the right to a refund, in addition to appropriate legal measures.
8.2 — Racism and racial insult
Roxy will fully comply with current Brazilian laws:
Law No. 7,716/1989 — Racism Act
It defines discriminatory practices based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, or national origin as a crime.
Penalty: imprisonment of 1 to 5 years
Art. 140, paragraph 3, of the Criminal Code — Racial Injury
Offend someone using elements related to race, color, ethnicity, religion, or origin.
Penalty: imprisonment of 2 to 5 years
Application on Roxy
Any customer who:
- Offend artists or collaborators with racist terms
- Practice discriminatory behavior
- Disrespect the team or audience based on prejudice
will be immediately removed from the environment and may be forwarded to the law enforcement authorities.
We will call the police with NO exceptions.
8.3 — Sexual Harassment
Legal basis:
Art. 216-A of the Criminal Code
Embarrassing someone, with the intention of obtaining a sexual advantage or favor, taking precedence from the position of superiority.
Penalty: imprisonment of 1 to 2 years (increased in specific cases
Applied to Roxy, it includes:
- Play artists or collaborators without authorization
- Speak obscenities or sexual proposals
- Invasive, embarrassing, or inappropriate behavior
Result: immediate expulsion and notification to the authorities.
8.4 — Moral Harassment and Abusive Conduct
Moral harassment is characterized by:
- Humiliations
- Repeated hostility
- Screams, threats, intimidation
- Offensive comments
- Attempt to interfere with the work of artists or staff
Roxy artists and collaborators have the right to a safe environment, and the customer who violates that right will be removed from the venue.
8.5 — Protection for artists
The artists are performing and any interaction must be:
- Respectful
- Non-invasive
- No physical contact
- No sexualized comments
- Without interruption of the show
Touching artists, pulling them, grabbing them, or trying to access exclusive areas is strictly prohibited .
8.6 — Protection of the service team
Waiters, maitres, box office workers, receptionists, security guards, and other employees are protected by Brazilian workplace safety laws:
NR-17 and NR-21 (Regulatory Standards)
Prohibited conduct:
- Raise the tone of voice
- Threats
- Curses
- Attempts to “intimidate” collaborators
- Disregard for operational guidelines
8.7 — LGBTphobia and gender discrimination
Legal basis:
STF — criminalization of LGBTphobia (2019)
It frames LGBTphobia as a crime of racism.
Prohibitions:
- Discriminatory conduct against LGBTQIA+ artists
- Offensive comments about gender identity or sexual orientation
- Pejorative statements about appearance, costume, or performance
Penalty: imprisonment based on the Racism Act.
8.8 — Immediate consequences
Roxy reserves the right to:
- Immediately remove the customer from the premises
- Call the military police to register an incident
- Provide images of the internal circuit to the authorities
- Block the offender's future purchases
- Cancel ticket without the right to a refund
8.9 — Internal procedure in the event of a complaint
The client, artist or collaborator can activate:
- Security teams
- Room management
- Operations Management
Roxy guarantees:
- Immediate service
- Reception of the victim
- Measures to contain the offender
- Formalization of the incident, if necessary
8.10 — Use of images and evidence
The customer acknowledges that:
- The space has 24 hour cameras
- Images can be used to prove illegal behavior
- In the event of a police investigation, they will be shared according to the law
8.11 — Civil and criminal liability
Offensive or illegal behavior can result in:
- Criminal action (crimes)
- Indemnity civil action
- Administrative Fines
ARTICLE 9 — APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
9.1 — Legislation
These CGV follow Brazilian legislation, especially the Consumer Protection Code.
9.2 — Initial contact
In case of questions or complaints:
9.3 — Mediation and Procon
If there is no solution, the Customer may use PROCON or official mediation platforms.
9.4 — Forum
The court of the District of Rio de Janeiro - RJ is elected.
